Empowering Children through Movement, Mindfulness, and Imaginative Play

Early Years Learning Program

Our Early Years Learning Program offers a flexible, engaging yoga and mindfulness experience for early learners. Sessions can be delivered as a one-off class, a 10-week term program, or customised to meet the specific needs and goals of your centre.

Grounded in the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), our program supports children’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning in a safe, nurturing environment. Each session explores a theme designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and foster holistic growth.

Program Features

  • Yoga Poses: Traditional and therapeutic movements that enhance strength, flexibility, and coordination.

  • Meditation: Age-appropriate mindfulness practices to support calmness, focus, and emotional wellbeing.

  • Music & Imaginative Play: Inspiring creativity, self-expression, and cognitive development.

  • Games & Crafts: Encouraging teamwork, fine motor skills, and artistic exploration.
